Upon finalising your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout.

Once your order has been created, please expect a 24-48 hour processing timeframe before orders are shipped.

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We pride ourselves on our products and customer service and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please contact us.
Unfortunately once the item has been used we will be unable to provide an exchange or refund.
We will also not replace or refund if the product is damaged through incorrect use, outside the terms of use or through natural wear and tear.

If the product does not arrive in original condition or there is a fault, we will work together with you to rectify and ensure you are satisfied.​

We do not refund goods unless they contain a manufacturers fault or are damaged.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 24 hours of receiving the goods should their be a fault.
